Re: Betway
Problem is we are not the only club with betting team sponsorship... So there'll be a bunch of clubs looking for new sponsors all at the same time..

Re: Betway
I quite like having a betting sponsor.

Means we can get "under 18" shirts without one

First they banned tobacco sponsorship.

Then alcohol.

Now gambling.

We’re running out of vices.

What next? Porn Hub?

Mr B, I don't remember that all

Remember some bloke landing a helicopter at Chadwell heath and that being on the front of a programme.

Re: Betway
I seem to remember that when BAC were the sponsor they used to play a jingle at the home games that went “BAC and the Hammers the greatest team of all”. Of course only real fans would remember this.

Re: Betway
National Rail would be a good sponsor as they are using the old British Rail logo............ :-)

Re: Betway
We'll end up being sponsored by the Rejoin the EU Campaign as it will be the only fucking way they'll be getting close to that shitfest again.

Someone best start a CrowdFunding page to raise the necessary.

Re: Betway
'West Ham to lose shirt sponsor' is a bit dramatic and clickbaity for that story title.

Should be 'betting companies may become outlawed as shirt sponsors'

Just as a coincidence, guess how many of the 'big six' are sponsored by betting companies? That's right, ZERO. So this becomes a financial problem for almost everyone else aside from them. Who'd have thought it?
